What kind of documents will you need when applying? Well, many and various docuemnts. The application, a certificate from a doctor confirming mothers stay under medical care since 10 weeks of pregnancy, the applicant’s identity card, certificate of  income tax office or your own statement, statement of untaxed  income, Social Security or a certificate from the employer with the amount actually paid health insurance premiums.

It can be replaced by a statement setting out the amount of child support judgment (if applicable), certificate of komonika the state of execution of maintenance (if applicable). What is really important, only mothers being under the care of a doctor since 10 week of gestation or earlier can be granted  with the addition of the state,  if reported to the doctor a day later – the baby bonus is forfeited. What is the reason?

Does it mean that a mother who for lack of time has reported to a doctor in 11 week of pregnancy is the mother of an inferior category?! Is a woman who does not show up immediately after noticing pregnancy to a specialist to should be discriminated against? Is it fair?

And another important issue – the state helps only those parents whose altogether income does not exceed 1922 zł per person. Especially when they want to take family for a vacation (e.g. tour to Zakopane).
